Two Genmega models: the freestanding Onyx G3000 for store floors, and the compact Onyx G3000 Wall Mount for walls or countertops where floor space is limited. Both are used for placement and are available to buy.

Issues are triaged remotely first, then a technician or replacement unit is dispatched. Same-day service is prioritized.
